Meet The Team

​As a U.S. Air Force Veteran, his background uniquely positions him to lead our biopharmaceutical company. He holds a B.S. in Business Management (University of Maryland) and an A.A. in Logistics Management (College of the Air Force). He served six years in the U.S. Air Force as a Logistics Specialist. Post-discharge, he gained private sector experience in diverse industries including Waste, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, and Consumer Goods. 

​Dr. Kefas Mugittu is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Scientific Lead at Stramsen Biotech. He holds a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and completed postdoctoral fellowship in tuberculosis at the Novartis Institute for Tropical Diseases (NITD), Singapore. With nearly 30 years of experience in R&D, translational research, molecular biology, antimicrobial efficacy and resistance, clinical research, and WHO- and USAID-supported global health programs, he leads Stramsen’s therapeutic pipeline from discovery through regulatory and clinical development.

​Our CFO Ms. Kimberly A. Graper, CPA, JD  represents the pinnacle of fiscal and legal expertise within the biotechnology sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall School of Law. Furthermore, she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

​Gaymary G Bakari, PhD, MPH, is an Associate Professor and academic leader at Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. She is Deputy Principal of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. With over 18 years of experience, her work focuses on natural product drug discovery, pharmacology, toxicology, translational biomedical sciences, medicinal plants and antimicrobial resistance.

​He brings expertise to Stramsen Biotech Inc. His academic background includes an M.Acc (Rice), B.Fin (Texas A&M), and MBA (Baylor). This foundation provides strong financial acumen, making him a key asset in our mission to revolutionize plant-based medicine. As a Texas-licensed CPA, Mr. Meuth's financial expertise is professional with 20 years of experience.

​Our Lead Pharmacologist. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, USA, and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai, India. Dr. Modi brings extensive expertise to Stramsen Biotech Inc. 

She is a trained scientist and postdoctoral researcher specializing in microbiology, molecular biology, and biomedical research. Falguni earned her PhD in Biological Sciences from Florida International University.

​Holds a PhD in Medicinal Phytochemistry from Kenyatta University, Kenya, and University of Basel, Switzerland. He understands health research and healthcare issues. As a Chief Research Scientist at the National Institute of Medical Research (NMRI), he worked in China, India, Tunisia, and Italy. He is experienced in managing research for drug design, discovery, development, and pharmaceutical production. He is currently Executive Secretary to the UNESCO National Commission and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, USA.

​Dr. Reddy, our senior scientist, earned all three degrees from Dravidian University in India. He is a Research Scientist in Formulation, R&D, and New Product Development.

​He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He then completed postdoctoral fellowships in Germany and Canada, conducting research at MPI-CBG and the Université de Montréal.

​Ms. Nicole Greenberg, a UC Berkeley alumna, brings academic excellence and professional acumen to Stramsen Biotech. Her high GPA reflects her intellectual prowess. As Assistant Manager, Ms. Greenberg supports management, spearheads fundraising, and orchestrates strategic communication. 

 Prof. Meenakshi Bhattacharjee (Ph.D.) from Rice University as our Director of Plant Science. She brings extensive experience and expertise, placing us at the forefront of algal biotechnology and plant science innovation. With over 35 years of research, she has consistently advanced scientific discovery. 

Mr. Kelly Reimann, Finance Manager, brings corporate management and IT expertise to Stramsen Biotech. With a BA in Finance and German from Houston Christian University, his background is vital for complex finance and international business. 

​An alumnus of Texas Southern University, Mr. Olaf brings over 15 years of experience in management, communications, customer service, and business development.
