We are a professional Group of Medicine Researchers with Headquarters in the Houston, Texas  USA.  Our Scientists are  dedicating their lives to exploring and researching the processes and scientific mechanisms underlying the world we live in today. These scientists have received several awards and grants for many research projects, with projects and publications that can be available upon request. We have a team of PhD level and University professors who are specialized in chemistry, Medicinal Phytochemistry, Natural Products Pathophysiology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences and Clinical Science. 

 

Chief Chemist 

Prof. Hamis Malebo (Ph.D), FASI,  FRSC. 
Dr. Hamisi M. Malebo holds a PhD in Medicinal Phytochemistry from Kenyatta University, Kenya, and the University of Basel, Switzerland. With over 25 years of experience in medicinal natural products chemistry, drug design and discovery, and drug manufacturing,  he is an expert in medicinal natural products chemistry research, natural product purification and characterization, and drug discovery and development. Formerly a Chief Research Scientist at the National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR), he led multidisciplinary research collaborations across China, India, Tunisia, and Italy. He currently serves as Executive Secretary of the UNESCO National Commission of Tanzania and  is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, USA. He provides scientific leadership in natural product chemistry, lead optimization, and pharmaceutical development.  

Chief Medical Officer and Clinical trials Specialist.  

Dr. Sabina  is our Chief Medical officer and clinical trials specialist. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wroclaw Medical University in Poland. She also has a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.

Professor  Gaymary Bakari(PhD).  

 

Gaymary George Bakari, PhD, MPH is a distinguished veterinary scientist, researcher, and academic leader with extensive expertise in natural product research, veterinary pharmacology, toxicology, and translational biomedical sciences. She holds a PhD in Natural Products–Pathophysiology from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) and has over 18 years of experience in teaching, research, innovation, and academic administration. She currently serves as the Deputy Principal of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (CVMBS) and Head of the Department of Veterinary Physiology, Biochemistry and Pharmacology at Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in advancing veterinary and biomedical education, supervising postgraduate students, and strengthening institutional research capacity.

Prof. Bakari’s research focuses on the discovery, development, and preclinical evaluation of plant- derived therapeutics for both animal and human health. She has led numerous multidisciplinary research initiatives investigating the pharmacological, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing properties of medicinal plants, with particular emphasis on transforming indigenous knowledge into scientifically validated health solutions. Her pioneering work on Commiphora swynnertonii has resulted in several peer-reviewed publications, patented innovations, and the development of novel herbal and nano-formulated products for veterinary and medical applications.

As a principal investigator and collaborator on several nationally and internationally funded projects, she provides strategic scientific leadership in the identification, validation, and translation of natural products into safe, effective, and affordable therapeutics. Her work contributes to addressing pressing global challenges, including antimicrobial resistance, livestock diseases, public health threats, and sustainable healthcare development.

Through her commitment to research excellence, innovation, mentorship, and One Health approaches, Prof. Bakari continues to advance the development of evidence-based natural product medicines and strengthen scientific capacity in Tanzania and across Africa.

Dr. Akshay  Adhikari (Ph.D) - Doctor of Philosophy. Molecular Biologist.
Dr. Adhikari is our senior Scientist.   
His Ph.D is from The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, one of the world’s best science universities.

He has done his post doctorial fellowship in Germany and in Canada.MPI-CBG - Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics. Dresden Area, Germany and Université de Montréa. Montreal, Canada.

 

Dr. Narendra Reddy C.M. (Ph. D)  is our senior scientist. He received all three degrees from Dravidian University – In India.  Dr. Reddy is an experienced and award winning - Research Scientist, Formulation, R&D and New Product Development. His Doctor of Philosophy,  (PhD.) degree is in Biotechnology. his Bachelor of Sciences (Bt ,B,C), is in Biotechnology, Botany & Chemistry and he also has Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biotechnology. 

Senior Scientist. 

Fadhili Tuguta  is our senior scientist. His first master's degree is in Biotechnology from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. His second master's degree is in business Analytics from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Dr. Shail Rakesh Modi, Ph.D. -  Lead Pharmacologist.

Dr. Shail Rakesh Modi, Ph.D., serves as our Lead Pharmacologist. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in the USA, as well as Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai, India. Dr. Modi brings extensive educational and professional expertise to his role at Stramsen Biotech Inc.
