​As a U.S. Air Force Veteran, his background uniquely positions him to lead our biopharmaceutical company. He holds a B.S. in Business Management (University of Maryland) and an A.A. in Logistics Management (College of the Air Force). He served six years in the U.S. Air Force as a Logistics Specialist. Post-discharge, he gained private sector experience in diverse industries including Waste, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, and Consumer Goods.

Dr. Wes E. Cetnarowski, MD, formerly Vice President at Bayer HealthCare, is now the (CEO) Chief Executive Officer at Stramsen Biotech Inc. Dr. Cetnarowski brings extensive experience from prominent pharmaceutical organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline and Bayer, to Stramsen Biotech. Dr. Wes Cetnarowski is a seasoned healthcare executive and board leader with more than 30 years of experience building and leading global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Scientific Affairs organizations across the pharmaceutical, medical device, biologics, and consumer health sectors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President, Scientific Affairs, and Chief Medical Officer at B. Braun Medical Inc. and Aesculap Inc., where he was responsible for enterprise-wide scientific leadership of Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Quality, and Scientific Communications. In this role, he transformed and integrated scientific functions across device and pharmaceutical portfolios, strengthening evidence generation, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle strategy to support sustained product growth and market differentiation. Dr. Cetnarowski is widely recognized for founding and scaling best-in-class Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance organizations, including at Allergan, where he established a fully integrated Medical Affairs function encompassing MSL teams, KOL engagement, investigator-initiated research, publication strategy, and medical communications. His leadership has consistently bridged scientific rigor and commercial execution to drive adoption, optimize product value, and enhance shareholder outcomes. Earlier in his career, Dr. Cetnarowski served as Senior Vice President of Global Research & Development at Bayer HealthCare, where he held division-level Chief Medical Officer responsibilities. He led global R&D, Medical Affairs, and regulatory organizations, managing a $320M budget and a workforce of over 400 professionals. During his tenure, he increased pipeline net present value four-fold and implemented a global innovation and compliance framework spanning more than 130 countries. In addition to his executive leadership, Dr. Cetnarowski brings extensive governance experience. He has served as a Board Member of B. Braun Medical Inc. and the Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC), as well as an FDA CDRH Advisory Panel Member (Industry Representative). He has also held advisory roles with leading global pharmaceutical companies, including GlaxoSmithKline. He holds MD, BCMAS, and Family Medicine certification and has further executive education from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in corporate governance. He brings to boards a unique combination of scientific depth, regulatory expertise, innovation leadership, and enterprise strategy, with a demonstrated ability to guide organizations through complex development, approval, and commercialization pathways while ensuring compliance and delivering long-term value.

Dr. Kefas Mugittu is Co-Chief Executive Officer and Scientific Lead at Stramsen Biotech. He holds a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and completed postdoctoral fellowship in tuberculosis at the Novartis Institute for Tropical Diseases (NITD), Singapore. With nearly 30 years of experience in R&D, translational research, molecular biology, antimicrobial efficacy and resistance, clinical research, and WHO- and USAID-supported global health programs, he leads Stramsen’s therapeutic pipeline from discovery through regulatory and clinical development.

Our CFO Ms. Kimberly A. Graper, CPA & JD represents the pinnacle of fiscal and legal expertise within the biotechnology sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall School of Law. Furthermore, she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Mr. Casey Fowler, Vice President of Operations, is a biopharma industry powerhouse. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Mary Washington and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland. His career includes leadership roles at public companies, mastering IP protection, IPO preparation, and C-level management. As Vice President, he helped ZIVO Bioscience transition to a public company. A strategic executive, Mr. Fowler scales operations and drives profitability in high-growth settings. His expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing large initiatives—totaling over $1 billion—positions Stramsen Biotech for complex biotech challenges. He specializes in international operations, venture capital fundraising, and integrating management systems for sustainability. Mr. Fowler aligns operational execution with financial goals. As Senior Director, he revitalized Professional Services through cost management and by building high-performing teams that exceeded margin targets. Professional Excellence and Strategic Impact His leadership successfully reduced churn and boosted Net Promoter Scores (NPS) via improved service quality. As COO at BioMEMS Diagnostics, he brought revolutionary technology to market by developing a handheld diagnostic platform under budget and ahead of schedule. By filing over 20 patent applications and preparing for FDA 510(k) clearance, he secured intellectual property and enabled regulatory success and capital acquisition. These achievements demonstrate his ability to manage complex regulations while focusing on commercial viability. His oversight ensures technical milestones are met without compromising fiscal health. Gaymary G Bakari, PhD, MPH, is an Associate Professor and academic leader at Sokoine University of Agriculture. She is the Deputy Principal of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. With over 18 years of experience, her work focuses on natural product drug discovery, pharmacology, toxicology, translational biomedical sciences, medicinal plants and antimicrobial resistance.

Our Lead Pharmacologist. He holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, USA, and Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai, India. Dr. Modi brings extensive expertise to Stramsen Biotech Inc.

She is a trained scientist and postdoctoral researcher specializing in microbiology, molecular biology, and biomedical research. Falguni earned her PhD in Biological Sciences from Florida International University.

Holds a PhD in Medicinal Phytochemistry from Kenyatta University, Kenya, and University of Basel, Switzerland. He understands health research and healthcare issues. As a Chief Research Scientist at the National Institute of Medical Research (NMRI), he worked in China, India, Tunisia, and Italy. He is experienced in managing research for drug design, discovery, development, and pharmaceutical production. He is currently Executive Secretary to the UNESCO National Commission and an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, USA.

Dr. Reddy, our senior scientist, earned all three degrees from Dravidian University in India. He is a Research Scientist in Formulation, R&D, and New Product Development.

He earned his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He then completed postdoctoral fellowships in Germany and Canada, conducting research at MPI-CBG and the Université de Montréal.

Ms. Nicole Greenberg, a UC Berkeley alumna, brings academic excellence and professional acumen to Stramsen Biotech. Her high GPA reflects her intellectual prowess. As Assistant Manager, Ms. Greenberg supports management, spearheads fundraising, and orchestrates strategic communication.

Christian Medical College & University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Patience Luoga, MD, MSc Neurology, MBA, is a medical doctor who specializes in neurology. He holds a Master of Science in Neurology and possesses extensive academic training from prestigious institutions.

Mr. Kelly Reimann, Finance Manager, brings corporate management and IT expertise to Stramsen Biotech. With a BA in Finance and German from Houston Christian University, his background is vital for complex finance and international business.
